Timeline

  • Wedding Consultation

  •  Reserve Your Date  

    • Booking Deposit ,A $400 Deposit  and a signed Contract is required to book and reserve your wedding date

    • Engagement & Bridal Session

    • Preliminary Wedding Information is taken, Wedding day Times, Locations, a basic Family Formals List is Reviewed
    • Most couples schedule their engagement photo sessions 30 – 60 days after they reserve. The hour-long shoot can occur at an indoor or outdoor location of your choosing.
     45  days before your wedding day 
                   
                   We ask you to Confirm your wedding day time line,locations, 
                   We ask you to Review your Family Formals List                   
                   We ask you to send us one of your Wedding Invitations for photographing
                   We remind you to make sure your flowers arrive in time for any preceremony photos
                   We ask you to advise us any Photographic Restrictions imposed by your Church
                   Ceremony Restrictions 

     30 days before your wedding day    

  • Final Deposit Payment

    Due 30 days prior to your wedding day

  • Your Big Day!

  • We ask for a Final Guest Count and confirm an opening date for your On Line Wedding Gallery

  • Again we confirm all Locations, Times,

  • We discuss any special request you may have

Advanced Editing & Enhancements are applied to all of your wedding photos ,
cosmetic airbrushing, touchups, cropping, color & lighting adjustments+++

  • 28 days after your wedding day

    Viewing Your Images

    All of your Beautiful Finished and Completely edited  wedding day images will be available for viewing on your personal password protected on line wedding photo website approximately 28 days after your wedding. 

    Creating Your Album

    You may begin designing your album as soon as your images are posted. The process begins with you selecting the images and design style that you'd like to feature in your album. You should expect the process to take approximately six months from the time the images are chosen to the day you receive your completed album.
         CD Negatives
          Your CD's will contain all Finished Edited High Resolution Images
          Print Ready
          Unrestricted Rights to print your photos as you wish

         Delivery of Proofs & Negatives 
         Proofs are ready for pick up with your CD Negatives Two Weeks after your Wedding Gallery opens

         Musical Slide Shows

         Videos: DVD Videos: 
         Edited with Photo Montages take  eight-ten weeks for delivery  

         Custom Wedding Imagery:
          Varies according to Design Elements
          
          Photo store- On Line Galleries-Open for Six Months ++

         Travel Fees : We serve all of Connecticut, No Travel Fees for events within an hours drive of our Brookfield Photography
